Your Right to Deletion

Under GDPR, CCPA, and our own privacy commitments, you have the right to request the deletion of your account and all associated personal data.

What Gets Deleted

When you request account deletion, we permanently remove:

• Your email address and account credentials
• All scan results, PSL scores, and analysis data
• Your personalized improvement plans
• All progress tracking data
• Your device association records

What We Retain

In accordance with French tax law, we are required to retain payment transaction records for up to 7 years. These records contain only:

• Transaction date and amount
• Stripe payment ID (no card details)

No personally identifiable information is retained in these records after account deletion.

Already Deleted: Your Photos

As stated in our Privacy Policy, facial photographs are never stored. They are processed in-memory during analysis and permanently deleted within seconds. There is no photo data to delete because we never kept it.

How to Request Deletion

Send an email to privacy@lookism.xyz from the email address associated with your Lookism account, with the subject line: “Account Deletion Request”.

We will process your request within:

• EU/EEA residents: 30 days (as required by GDPR)
• California residents: 45 days (as required by CCPA)
• All other users: 15 business days

You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been deleted.

Important Notes

• Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. You will lose access to all scan results, plans, and progress.
• If you have an active premium purchase, deletion does not entitle you to a refund. Request a refund separately before deletion if applicable.
• You may create a new account with the same email after deletion, but no previous data will be available.
