Common Issues

Face Scan Not Working

• Ensure your camera permissions are enabled in your device settings
• Use a well-lit environment with even lighting
• Face the camera directly with a neutral expression
• Remove sunglasses, hats, or anything obscuring your face
• Ensure a stable internet connection

Payment Issues

• Payments are processed securely by Stripe
• We accept credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay
• If your payment was charged but premium features aren’t unlocked, force-close and reopen the app
• For refund requests, email support@lookism.xyz within 14 days of purchase

Account Issues

• Not receiving verification codes? Check your spam folder. Our emails come from noreply@lookism.xyz.
• Want to change your email? Contact support with your current email.
• Want to delete your account? Visit our account deletion page.
